Assignment
|
At this
point in your research, you should have made significant progress on
refining your topic by identifying,
collecting, and evaluating the
sources on which your paper will be based.
Compile a bibliography of your
research sources, listing only those items you have read or reviewed personally.
Your bibliography should include at
least six sources, all of them written
by qualified authors and published by reputable presses/websites,
including at least three printed
books and/or journal articles. Bear in
mind the general guidelines
explained on the research
project assignment page as well as the methodology and significance
you identified in your research abstract.
Update your project title if
necessary, with capitalization that
follows academic
conventions: in general, capitalize the first word of the title
(and
subtitle, if applicable) as well as all subsequent words except
articles, conjunctions, and prepositions.
Use a word processor to draft your bibliography, with single-spaced citations in
Chicago/Turabian style and an extra
paragraph break between
paragraphs (like the layout of this webpage). Be sure to save a copy for your own records.
